2. Products & Appearance Our chocolates are handcrafted, not factory-made. This means:

• Images displayed on this website are for representation purposes only. The actual product delivered may vary slightly in appearance or packaging.

• There may be minor variations in size, weight, or design compared to the photos.

• Allergen Warning: Our products contain Milk and Nuts (including Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios, and Groundnuts/Peanuts). Our kitchen handles these ingredients daily. If you have a severe nut or dairy allergy, please do not consume our products.

3. Ordering & Payments

• We accept payments via UPI.

• Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully received.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item is out of stock (you will be fully refunded in this case).

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship from Kampli, Karnataka.

• Since chocolate is heat-sensitive, we pack orders carefully. However, we are not responsible for melting due to extreme weather conditions during transit, though we do our best to prevent it.

• Please provide a complete and accurate address with a phone number. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.

• Damaged Items: If your package arrives significantly damaged or open, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos at contact@kamplete.store or WhatsApp +91 94819 70964. We will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

• Upon delivery, please store the chocolates in a cool, dry place or refrigerate them immediately to maintain freshness and texture.
